FAQ

How does it work?

You share your pet’s name, story, and any special memories or messages you’d like us to include.
Then, one of our compassionate writers crafts a deeply personal letter, written as if from your beloved pet in heaven, thoughtful, loving, and unique to your bond.

When will I receive it?

Your letter will be ready within 24–48 hours after we receive your details. You’ll receive it directly by email as a downloadable, beautifully formatted PDF.

Who writes the letters?

Our small team of compassionate writers are trained in grief-sensitive storytelling. Each message is written with care, empathy, and respect, never automated, never generic.

Can I request specific themes or messages?

Absolutely. You can share anything meaningful, favorite memories, nicknames, or specific comfort you need. The more you tell us about your pet, the more personal and healing your letter becomes.

Will the letter sound like my pet?

Yes, we take special care to mirror your pet’s personality, tone, and quirks. Whether your companion was playful, calm, or wise, the letter will sound like them, gentle and real.

Can I order more than one letter?

Yes. Many pet parents choose to receive letters for different occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, or holidays. You can order single letters anytime, or subscribe to our Monthly Comfort Letters for new messages inspired by your memories.

What’s included in the monthly subscription?

Each month, you’ll receive a new personalized message inspired by the season, your pet’s story, and gentle themes of love, peace, and renewal. You can cancel anytime, no commitments, just comfort when you need it.

How do I receive my audio or keepsake versions?

If you choose a bundle, your digital audio file or printable design will be delivered alongside your letter via email within 48 hours. Each is formatted for easy sharing or printing at home.

Can I give a ForeverPaws Letter as a gift?

Yes. ForeverPaws Letters make heartfelt, meaningful gifts for loved ones who are grieving a pet. You can include a note and we’ll prepare the letter with your message for them.
